As we look to the future, it is important to remember that generation before us took care to leave us with the building and location we have today. We need to care for what we already have to ensure that we can become what God is challenging us to be. Our church building has never been an opulent cathedral, but it is attractive and has served its purpose – to be a home and base camp for our spiritual nourishment and ministries.
We are launching a Capital Campaign to help us live our mission. The campaign is titled "Base Camp Matters: Building to Serve." Your sacrificial gifts will help us meet our goals of paying our mortgage, replacing remaining original windows, a "green" parking lot, environmentally responsible landscaping, reserve funds for emergency repairs, technology upgrades throughout the building, improvements to Fellowship Hall, and sprucing up the downstairs bathrooms.
How we are becoming more aligned with who God is calling us to be inside and outside of our building walls.
